The 1st through the 5th of the month we will still be open until 5:00 pm. We take an hour lunch from approximately 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. Hours subject to change.
The following list is the days this office will be closed throughout the year:
President’s Day, Good Friday (Close at noon), Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving and the Friday after, the third week in June, and Christmas week.
On April 14th we mailed letters to all of our tenants, stating that we are now charging 6% of rent or $25.00, whichever is greater, as a late fee for all rents received after 5 p.m. the 5th of every month.
Its Getting To Be That Time Of Year Again
With summer temperatures already here it is important to keep lawns green and mowed. The best times to water your lawn is early in the morning or late in the evening. Watering during the afternoon or during the hottest time of day can cause more harm than good. Mowing your lawn keeps your residence attractive and helps reduce mosquito and bug infestation.
